BMS Project Manager - Sydney

Doust Automation & Control (DAC) has a strong reputation as specialists in the design, installation and service of building automation and control systems.

Established for around 3 decades, DAC is committed to providing high quality solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a motivated person to join our Projects team and deliver these solutions.

You’ll be responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of your projects from start to finish.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience managing BMS or HVAC projects.
  • Experience with Small and Major Works Contracts and WH&S policies.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of BMS and/or other building controls systems.
  • Good communication and customer management skills.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • WH&S General Induction Card.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.

The following skills will be advantageous:

  • Electrical systems knowledge.
  • Knowledge of data networking – LAN/WAN’s wired and wireless.
  • Building controls protocols - Niagara, BACnet, Modbus, FINStack.

Your salary package will be commensurate with previous experience and qualifications.

BMS Support Technician - Sydney

Due to growth in our Service Team we are seeking a competent, motivated BMS Technician primarily based in the Sydney.

Reporting to the Support Manager you will primarily be responsible for maintaining and optimising the operation of a portfolio of facilities. You will be expected to manage and or carry out maintenance, service calls, repairs and small works within the portfolio. Great customer relation skills are essential.

Prerequisites:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in BMS
  • Experience in HVAC and/or mechanical electrical
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Customer Interfacing skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication skill and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Current NSW drivers licence
  • Electrical licence or HVAC trade qualification preferred
